FESTIVAL SITE
Due to the high number of registered teams, the festival will be held across two sites. The sites are 300m apart, with the car park in the middle, so everything is close by. Pitches 1-11 will be at the Barnet Grounds, pitches 12-15 will be on the rugby pitches of a nearby school. Teams will not be expected to move between sites during
the festival, although some clubs may be in separate locations. Pitch 11 will be reserved in case of a medical emergency. We advise that if your matches are on the school grounds, you move to that area after registration and set up camp there.
There will be 31 under 11 teams from across the county.
Our teams are Hitchin Hogs and Hitchin Hawks. Squad sizes are limited to 15 players for U11s a maximum of 9 of which will pay at any one time.
ULEZ
Please be aware Barnet Elizabethans is within the ULEZ Charging Zone, and non-compliant vehicles will be charged £12.50.
PARKING
Parking will be provided on a complimentary basis; however, there are limited places available. We would recommend car sharing where possible. We also request that, if you must park on nearby residential streets, due respect is given to our neighbours with regard to not blocking drives, etc. Coaches/Buses will not be able to gain access due to the narrow nature of the roads near the club. Parking is very close to the pitches, so carrying equipment will be easy.
