We look forward to welcoming your evens to Saracens AFRC on Sunday 16th at 10am for evens at Saracens (and odds at Hitchin). If each could confirm the numbers coming from Hapstead, we can let our kitchen know the numbers for catering.

We plan to start at 10am and will advise if that needs to be moved due to matches in the next couple of days (assume not) and finish at noon. We will send out the pitch allocation by Friday. Food follows in the clubhouse.

*Playing times*
9:45 meet and play starts 10am – 12noon (Coaches of age groups may change slightly may have suggested you arrive by 9:30 to set up etc)

There is limited car parking onsite for which is not charged, however there is plenty of FREE parking in the side streets. Parking on Chase side, Green road, Trent Gardens and The Fairway. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE CORNERS AS YOU WILL BE TICKETED. Whilst there is parking on neighbouring streets please ensure that no one parks across our neighbours’ driveways as we have had issues with drives being blocked by parked cars recently.

*Boots*
Rugby boots are not allowed to be worn in the clubhouse, by anyone. Please also be aware that studs are not recommended on the outside concrete or stands at the club as it can become slippery.

*Changing rooms*
Changing rooms are not available to u12 (or below) age groups, but if they were needed to be used please ensure they are left in a good state.

*Litter*
There are litter bins around the club and grounds. Please can all children and visiting parents use these. An age group will have cleared all pitches of litter and brushed the stand before 10am.

*Dogs*
Dogs are allowed at the club please, but we ask that they are on a lead, all dog mess must be picked up and placed in bag then bins.

*Food*
Hot dogs will be provided for the players, the club bar and BBQ by the outside patio weather permitting from 11;45am served by age group. Please provide details of any allergies or vegetarian requirements prior Friday to age group managers.

There is a tuck shop open from 10am by the main stand selling drinks and chocolates. The restaurant also serves bacon rolls etc and coffees throughout the morning.”
